Here on the beautiful Awhitu Peninsula we care for a growing collection of traditional non-hybrid seeds.
The gardens employ organic permaculture systems with great results in soil quality and fertility. In one garden a chook tractor is always at work with hens weeding and composting at the same time as they prepare each bed. In other much larger gardens sheep and cattle are used for winter tidying and manuring jobs before the beds are once again ready for planting.
All of our seed is carefully tended, hand-harvested, dried, cleaned and stored in absolutely the best condition.
